GUIDED HUNTING RATES

Fall Combination Hunts: Archery hunts are combo Elk & Bear (Bear with any weapon after Sept. 14th), bear license is purchased over the counter. Deer can be added to Archery hunts @ no extra charge. Rifle hunts are combo Elk & Deer, Bear can be added (if out) @ no charge.

Fall ELK, DEER HUNTING RATES

2 clients: 1 guide (2×1) – 5-day hunt $4,750 per person (Archery or Rifle)

1 client: 1 guide (1×1) – 5-day hunt $6,550 (Archery or Rifle)

(Active Military) 1 client: 1 Guide (1×1) – 5-day hunt $5,550 (Archery or Rifle)

(Active Military) 2 clients: 1 Guide (2×1) – 5-day hunt $3,750 per person (Archery or Rifle)

Youth Hunters (under 18) $3,750 5-day hunt (Archery or Rifle)

Note:

Payments: All Archery Elk/Bear and Rifle Elk/Deer combo hunts require a $1,000 deposit to Book. 2nd payment is due by May 10th of the hunt year, with hunt balance due by August 20th for Archery and October 10th for Rifle. Deposits are Non-Refundable. Clients who terminate their hunt early, for whatever reason, will not receive a refund. Those clients that have to reschedule their hunt, after licenses have been purchased, (after April 1st of the hunt year), will be charged a $2,000 per hunter rescheduling fee with their new hunt date being rescheduled for the year after next. These are Fair chase Mountain hunts! Weather & clients Willingness & Ability to hunt determines opportunity.

• Max party size 8 hunters for Fall Archery and Rifle hunts.
• Note: All Archery and Rifle Elk/Deer hunts are 5 hunting days. Extra days are available.
• License Deadlines: 
• April 1st for Elk & Deer. Application period begins March 1st, I will work all clients through the Outfitter Preference license application.
• May 1st deadline for Moose, Big Horn Sheep & Mountain Goat.
• 1st preference point must be purchased the year before scheduled hunt between July 1st and Dec. 31st.
• Hunts booked after Jan.1st of the hunt year can only purchase one preference point & the outfitter preferred point with their license application.
• Airport pick-up & return: $150 per person, 2 person minimum

SPRING BEAR HUNTING RATES

• 1 guide 1 client (1×1) – 5-day hunt $5,550
• 1 guide 2 clients (2×1) – 5-day hunt $3,000 per person
• (Active Military) (1×1) $4,550, (2×1) $2,000 per person
• Youth Hunters (under 18) $2,000
• $500 extra each person to include Spring Turkey.
• Note: Hunting rates are based on 5-day hunts. Max party
  size is 6 hunters.
• Bear licenses for fall or spring hunts can be purchased over the counter with hunting starting the next day, cost is $350.

Deposits & Payments: Bookings require a 50% deposit with hunt balance due by April 15th. Deposit is non-refundable. Clients who terminate their hunt early, for whatever reason, will not receive a refund. Clients who reschedule their hunt after Jan.1st of the hunt year, will be charged a $1,500 per hunter rescheduling fee. Airport pick-up & return: $150 per person, 2 person minimum

SPRING TURKEY HUNTING RATES

• 1 guide 1 client (1×1) – 3-day hunt $2,550 (1 Bird).
• 1 guide 2 clients (2×1) – 3-day hunt $1,750 per person (1 Bird Per Client).
• An extra bird can be added for $350.
• Turkey Tags are an over the counter purchase, cost is $115.
• Airport pick-up & return: $150 per person, 2 person minimum.

HUNT FROM YOUR OWN CAMP RATES

Silver Bow Outfitters operates two top-of-the-line, fully equipped, camps from which you can hunt unguided. Camps are all new & Fully furnished less your sleeping bag/pad, coolers & food. We recommend the Drive to Camp because it gives you mobility to move to other hunting areas because of changing weather conditions, in our area, mobility is key to hunter opportunity.

Drive-To Camp:

• $2,000 per week per person (2 to 8 people) 2 person minimum

Pack-In Camps:

• $2500 per week per person (2 to 5 people) 2 person minimum

Deposits & Payments: Bookings for ‘Hunt Your Own Camps’ require a 25% initial deposit with another 25% due May 10th of the hunt year. Archery hunt balance is due by August 15th. Rifle hunt balance is due by October 10th. Deposit is non-refundable. Clients who terminate their hunt early, for whatever reason, will not receive a refund.

Silver Bow Outfitters is happy to pack your animals from where they are harvested to camp for an extra $500 per elk and $375 per deer. Packing of harvested game from camp to trailhead is included in camp rates.
